We have experience in product development, production, and sales of equipment. We provide customers with product pictures, solutions, and actively respond to customers' needs.

During 2021, a type C camera data cable developed by us has a promising sales in the market. We informed our customers of this product and asked if they are interested. The customer sent an inquiry and accepted the sample test.

After the test passed, the customer also conducted a market survey, inspected competing products, and proposed to modify the product's external dimensions. The connector part needs to be changed to be small and delicate. According to the customer's drawing, the engineer re-opened the version and adjusted the relevant data.

In the process of communicating with customers,We encountered many collisions of details:

(1)We suggest that if the adapter is made into a corner, it may be more convenient for camera buyers and customers to use, to prevent the plug from falling off the camera, and to distinguish it from competitors' products, increasing the desire to buy. But our customers think that the connector of the line is suitable for right angles. We accept the opinions of customers and adjust the grinding tools according to their requirements;

(2)Test the fastest competing products on the market. Their transmission speed can reach 10Gbs. We asked the customer's opinion and suggested that it should be made with a transmission speed of 10Gbs. We can make a sample to the customer first; after the customer discusses , think that the transmission speed of 5Gbs is the best-selling in the market now, and the price is more favorable, so we decided to use 5Gbs, and we followed the customer's decision;

(3)The customer asked to add silk screen on the wire, and we sent out the silk screen factory to carry out silk screen printing according to the customer's artwork, and sent the finished sample to the customer. After receiving it, the customer found that the silk screen was easy to be wiped off. We explained this printing The silk screen printing of samples is different from the printing of large-scale goods. When making large-scale goods, the printing method will be changed so that the fonts will not be erased. After communicating and confirming with the customer, the customer approves.

(4) Submit all internal materials, including technical specifications such as materials, packaging methods, transmission data, etc., and have been approved by the customer.
In the end, the product successfully passed the test, and the running score reached the ideal speed. The customer repeatedly placed orders for the hot-selling models. We improve production efficiency, deliver goods in a shorter time, contact logistics, let customers receive products faster, receive high praise from customers, and maintain long-term friendly cooperative relations with customers.
